Our commitment to objectivity, independence, and freedom from conflicts of interest in all certification activities.
Management Systems Certification Services (MSCS) is committed to ensuring that all certification activities are conducted with the highest level of impartiality, independence, and integrity.
We recognise that impartiality is fundamental to the credibility of certification. Therefore, MSCS ensures that all certification decisions are based solely on objective evidence of conformity and are free from any commercial, financial, or other pressures that could compromise objectivity.
MSCS operates in accordance with the requirements of ISO/IEC 17021-1, maintaining a structured system to identify, evaluate, and manage risks to impartiality on an ongoing basis.
To safeguard impartiality, MSCS:

Maintains independence in all certification decisions

Identifies and manages conflicts of interest

Ensures that personnel act objectively and without bias

Prohibits consultancy or advisory services related to certified management systems

Operates an independent mechanism for oversight of impartiality
All personnel and external associates are required to declare any potential conflicts of interest and are assigned responsibilities in a manner that ensures impartiality is not compromised.
